Baby Photography

Baby and child photography do’s and don’ts:

It’s important that the parent or guardian prepare for the photoshoot as the little ones have a built in “Time Out Clock”.

Clothing is quite important use materials that are comfortable for the babies. But there is still space for creativity, for example a cute outfit posed with a teddy bear might work.

I try to avoid stress as we have to remember I am a complete stranger to the child and I am very aware of this fact, its also important for the parent, guardian and helpers to act calm and friendly during the session.

The photo session should be fun for the baby and having several people throwing calls to attract babies attention will most likely scare and confuse, so its important that if we need attention and smiles towards the camera it comes from me or parent standing behind me but not both at the same time!!!
